How to Cook Hamburger Steak
Ingredients You’ll Need
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 tbsps. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsps. Steak and Hamburger Seasoning Mix
- 2 tbsps. Rawleigh Onion Flakes
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
Instructions
- Mix ingredients and divide into 6 parts/patties.
- Cook until it’s done the way you like it.
How to Make Gravy
Ingredients You’ll Need
- Boiling water – 3 cups
- Brown gravy mix (Rawleigh brand recommended) – 2/ 3 cup
- Cold water – 2/ 3 cup
- Red wine – 1/ 3 cup (I would suggest you use the kind that you can drink)
- Sliced mushrooms – 8 ounces
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- In a pan, heat the butter.
- Add and sauté mushrooms until it turns into a golden brown color.
- Mix cold water and wine then stir with your mix of gravy.
- Whisk the mixture in your water which is boiling and let it cook until it’s thick.
- Stir in mushrooms into your brown gravy.
To set-up, arrange your hamburger steaks on a serving plate and pour on top your brown gravy. Serve while it’s hot!
